Based in South Australia’s Clare Valley, Pangkarra is a proudly family owned and operated business.
For five generations the Maitland family, have grown grains and legumes on their property for export, and in 2011, begun producing premium wholegrain dry pasta, stone milled durum flour and biscuit products.
The integrity of their wholegrains is maintained throughout their food production - an endeavor that results in premium products high in fibre, low GI and a delicious source of energy.
