How did you get started in the food industry?
After being in FIFO I decided to spend all my savings and start a Taco Truck in Remote WA. Also have had a catering business and a cafe which led me to Fino after moving back to QLD.

Describe your role
I am responsible for bringing on new products into the portfolio, vendor management and developing and maintaining the Fino brand through marketing and communications.
Favourite food memory?
It would have the be the many times gathered around tables with friends and family all over the world.
Dream dinner guest?
Always my Mum. But if we have to go someone famous probably Action Bronson or Matty Matherson.
