Boon Cafe x Nancy Singleton Hachisu !!!

Join us at Boon Café on Sunday evening, November 19 for an Izakaya Pop-Up dinner with Nancy Singleton Hachisu—a sneak preview of her upcoming book: Japan: The Cookbook (Phaidon, April 2018) featuring vegetable-centric, never-before-in-English recipes and methods from the 70s and 80s Japan.

Author of Japanese Farm Food and Preserving the Japanese Way, Hachisu has lived with her Japanese farmer husband and sons for almost three decades in a traditional farmhouse in rural Japan. This collaboration with Boon Café is a meeting of like-minded people to celebrate the best artisanal materials of Japan with the best local ingredients of Australia.
