How did you get started in the food industry?
It all started in High School, I realised that the only class I was truly excited for each week was Cooking Prac.

2024.
Describe your role
As the Warehouse Manager at Fino Foods, I oversee every step of getting orders out the door — from unloading stock to packing orders and sending them off with our drivers each morning.
Favourite food memory?
The first time I went to Bar Nestor in San Sebastian. They give you a plate of tomatoes on the side of your Txuleta that are life changing.

Interests outside of Fino
I'm a huge AFL fan, so you'll catch me cheering on the Lions AFLW and AFL teams for most of the year. When it's not AFL season, you can probably find me at a gig or hunting for vintage cookbooks.
