How did you get started in the food industry?

I waitressed through uni, moved into a customer-focused role at a florist, and did bookkeeping from home while raising my boys. When the Daltons mentioned they needed bookkeeping help, it matched perfectly with what I was already doing — and that fortunate moment grew into a rewarding career at Fino.

I manage all the financial and administrative tasks that keep the back-of-house running smoothly.

Favourite food memory?

Oysters with my Dad!

Dream dinner guest?

My grandparents. Now that I’m older, I’d love the chance to sit with them, ask all the questions I never thought to ask, and hear their stories again.

Interests outside of Fino

I love spending time with family and friends, and I unwind by reading, exercising, and enjoying the occasional massage.
