How did you get started in the food industry?

Good food was always important to our family, but I never planned to work in hospitality. I unexpectedly fell in love with the industry when working as a dishy at Uni. I found it far more interesting than the career in law or finance that I was heading towards.

Truth be told, my decision may have been helped by my terrible GPA, but I have never regretted it for a second.

Describe your role

I work with my team to find and learn about great specialty foods and then work with my team to solve the problem of how to share the them with our clients across Australia.

Favourite food memory?

They are too many to list, but all around long tables with family.

Interests outside of Fino

No interests other than food. Luckily, if you are really interested in food you are interested in just about everything about the world. It is my window to history, culture, science and geography.
