A husband with a lot of enthusiasm and passion for food and business. Of course my own interest in cooking and eating too, and a genuine interest in sourcing delicious food produced with dedication.

Making Passata with friends in Stanthorpe from beautiful ripe local tomatoes that we picked together.

My dream dinner guest could not compare to being at a table with Michael and our 4 great kids eating Fino produce that we have prepared together.

Interests outside of Fino

I was once a Registered Nurse. In my spare time I am trying to raise 4 great humans. My heart is always on the Granite Belt.
